Perfect house for Graduation weekend with the family! Nicely Aggie decorated, super clean, well stocked, quiet tucked in neighborhood.

Perfect for hosting a group
We were able to host a group easily at the 12th Man Hideout for graduation. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had all our meals there. It is very cute- new construction and decorated well. We had a group of adults; one couple and two individuals stayed at the house. It's about a 15 minute to drive to stadium parking. The neighborhood was quiet and had a walking trail. Parking for 4 cars.
