We rented this home for a small graduation event. The house was perfect for our family, beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. This home was close to town, including shops, restaurants and the highway, but located just outside the congestion of downtown. Being from out of town , we were thankful for this family friendly home to host our graduation event.

Perfect house for Graduation weekend with the family! Nicely Aggie decorated, super clean, well stocked, quiet tucked in neighborhood.

Perfect for hosting a group
We were able to host a group easily at the 12th Man Hideout for graduation. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had all our meals there. It is very cute- new construction and decorated well. We had a group of adults; one couple and two individuals stayed at the house. It's about a 15 minute to drive to stadium parking. The neighborhood was quiet and had a walking trail. Parking for 4 cars.
