Very helpful host.
Very close to campus.

Location was the key for Texas A&M graduation. Easy to get to everything. Only drawback was neighbor smoking on the other half of the back deck. Had to walk through that on arrival. But we weren’t outside very long with all the activities, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Clean, cozy and a perfect location for visiting our son at A&M.

A Good Choice
Very comfortable. Pleasantly but not over decorated with few knickknacks making it more child friendly. Parking and access very convenient. A duplex unit but no concerns of noise. On the end of a dead end street so no concerns for traffic noise. Large deck in rear would be enjoyable when weather allowed.
