Parkside at Wolfpen ~ Aggieland Vacation Rentals

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is very clean and well maintained. The house is right next to Wolf Pen creek park where one could take a jog and kids could play in the playground. The area is very safe, we walked in the park almost every night. Also it's very close to the mall and many restaurants in town.

Booked Parkside for Parent's Weekend and Ring Day so we could be close to campus and be able to get back and forth throughout the day. Could not be more pleased and impressed with this property! It is conveniently located to campus, Texas Ave., and easy access to Hwy 6. The fenced backyard and park right across the street is huge bonus as we always travel with our dog and appreciate a nice place to walk in the mornings and evenings. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, and parking in the back secure. Aggieland Vacation Rentals service always outstanding, providing instructions for arrival and departure, helping us focus on our time with our son and the festivities of the weekend.

This is a great property! Highly recommend. House is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and decor is very welcoming. Management is responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet. Can’t wait to stay again soon.
